This policy explains how Stylingverse, the organizer of ETMC — Elite Trading Masters Cup, collects, uses and protects the personal data you share with us through this website, our registration forms and our sponsor inquiry forms.
Depending on which form you fill out, we collect: your name, email address and WhatsApp number; your trader level, preferred market and trading academy or community (if any); or, for sponsor inquiries, your company name, role, work email, tier of interest, vertical and any message you send us.
We use this information to process your registration or sponsor inquiry, contact you about ETMC (schedule, logistics, sponsorship details) and, if you agree, to reach out about future editions of the event. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Form submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet accessed only by the ETMC / Stylingverse team through a Google Apps Script endpoint. We use standard safeguards to keep this data secure, but no online system is 100% risk-free.
If you're in Mexico, you have ARCO rights under the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares: you can Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object to the use of your personal data at any time. Wherever you're writing from, you can request a copy, correction or deletion of your data the same way.
We keep your data for as long as it's relevant to the current or next edition of ETMC, or until you ask us to delete it.
This site uses your browser's local storage only to remember your language preference (EN/ES/PT). We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
